Agenda for next work session

• Discuss new billing program, Starnik.
  • Progress of implementing Starnik
  • Ability to have a payment plan for those persons that have fallen behind and are past due.
  • Ability to have a level billing system and true up the account once a year.
• Replacement of water meters, Metron
  • Need to do this in a slow controled manner so Julie isn’t overwelmed entering meter information.
    • Using a contractor would probably not work.
    • Manny can replace 10 meters a week over a 50-week span.
• Results of meeting with Santec the Ronald and Charlie attended.
