New Billing System

We are implementing a new water billing system purchased from Starnik. This new system allows us to provide:

  • Better tracking of water payments.
  • Use standard 8½ x 11 inch paper to print bills.
  • Use standard window envelopes for mailing bills.
  • Provide an enhanced bill showing water usage.
  • Allow you the customer to opt for paperless billing saving the Association printing, sorting, stuffing into envelopes, and mailing costs.
  • Allows you to pay your bill online and have the payment show up immediately.
  • Even if you don’t want paperless billing or online payments you can check your bill at any time to see the balance, payments, and water usage.

I wanted to show you what the customer portal looks like but as we are still in the process of implementing the system it will have to wait until after the first billing.

New Water Meters

We have also been replacing the old failing water meters with new state of the art meters. These new meters will:

  • Report the water usage via the cellular network every day.
  • Allow us and you to monitor water usage by the minute allowing for better conservation of water.
  • Detect water leaks as small as .1 gallon per minute. Even at what sounds like a very small leak can amount to over 4 thousand gallons per month!
  • Allow you monitor your water usage.
  • Allow us to do the meter reading from the office saving labor costs of driving around to each meter and some meters more than once.

You will receive a notice in your bill with instructions on how to sign up. If your water meter hasn’t been replaced, you will NOT be able to sign up.
